- Site visit. We walk the property, look at access, soil, slope, and where the water goes.
- Written quote. Scope, price, and any permits the job will need, in writing.
- Permits. Septic through the county health department, soil erosion through the drain commission — confirmed and in place before anything is disturbed.
- The work. Machines on site, erosion controls in, and a call from Derek if anything underground turns out different than expected.
- Final grade and inspection. Site left shaped, stabilized, and signed off.
